My name is Bart Verleg and I work in the medical devices field. I am focussed on laparoscopic and endo-urologic approaches for treatment of many daily problems humans are facing, such as benign bladder tumors, enlarged prostates, ovary problems, hysterectomy’s, liver resection and cancer in general. Mainly my interest is going towards minimal invasive surgery, with a future dream of using single port surgery with bendable instruments3-mm for any form of surgery. Also robot surgery and many different energy sources to perform surgery are very interesting to me. Besides my passion for my work, I have many other passions, making and composing  music, surfing nice waves or kiteboard on them, and enjoying very good food and wine.
